$200 – Provide a vulnerable Yemeni person with physiotherapy treatment by helping us to provide equipment to a physiotherapy center.

Yemen’s clinics and hospitals are chronically overstretched, with 20 million Yemenis still in need of healthcare. The World Health Organization estimates that 4.5 million Yemenis are disabled; many of them are breadwinners who struggle to provide for their families without infrastructure to support their mobility, and without the wheelchairs they need to get around.

Help us to rehabilitate injuries for people affected by the war in Yemen by providing wheelchair to family breadwinners in Sana’a.

15,000 people left disabled by conflict

An estimated 15,000 people in Yemen have been left disabled by bombing, mines, or gunfire during the war. Without access to a wheelchair, disabled people are often socially excluded, unable to work, and dependent on their family members for simple tasks.

Provide one person with a wheelchair, allowing them to be mobile and more independent, and reap the rewards of charity.

Our work in Yemen

Human Appeal has been changing lives through our projects in Yemen since 2014. Last year, we helped 963,849 people in Yemen, including providing over 800,000 people with healthcare. In 2020, we supported 358,011 people through healthcare, nutrition, winter support, and projects fighting COVID-19 and malnutrition.

Your charity can transform lives in Yemen by providing critical healthcare to people who have been marginalized during the conflict.

Please note, if sufficient funds are not raised for a particular project, your donation may be reallocated to where the need is greatest.
