In Somalia, avoidable blindness is a silent catastrophe. Cataracts, the major cause of reversible blindness, impact thousands of people, leaving over 100,000 people blind. In collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health, we are launching the Cataract Eye Surgery Campaign to restore hope and vision to people in need.
