The Messenger (PBUH) said: "Whoever helps his brother in his time of need, Allah will be there in his time of need." (Hadith Muslim)
6.9 million people have been forced to flee their homes in Sudan since the conflict broke out in April, including almost one million who have fled across the borders. A staggering 28.4 million people need humanitarian help as hunger and sickness have spiraled.
Help us to support some of the most vulnerable children through the five orphanages we’re supporting in Khartoum.
$40 - Provide food for one orphan for one month.
$55 - Help provide basic care supplies including diapers and baby formula for one baby for one month.
$65 - Help contribute towards the running costs of the orphanage.
Malnutrition and disease
3.4 million young children are acutely malnourished, and there are spiralling cases of measles and cholera, especially among children. Even before the conflict, Sudan had of the highest rates of malnutrition among children in the world, but now, children are facing even greater risk.
Not only are children at risk of being killed in conflict, but they also are at risk of dying from the conditions they’re exposed to as they try to survive without access to healthcare, food and safe living conditions.
Support our orphanages.
Human Appeal is in Sudan providing lifesaving food, emergency care, and protection to the most vulnerable children affected by the violence.
Donate and help us to support 5 orphanages in Khartoum, providing protection and support to children, including babies, orphans, and teachers.
