A staggering 2.4 million people have been affected by flooding in Somalia, displacing over a million people. A staggering 8 million people urgently need support in improving access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene services.

Opening a new, safer camp

We want to establish good water, safety, and hygiene facilities at a new camp for 3,600 displaced people. With your help, we’ll install a borehole to provide clean water, as well as piping, and a drainage system. Our technical engineer will oversee the project to ensure the quality of the new facilities and the safety of the water.

In the event we complete the program, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another program where it is needed most.
