Chicken farm
Provide a vulnerable person with a chicken farm, helping them to have a sustainable source of income and nutrition.
$500 – Provide 40 chicks, training, and support to help a person to start a chicken farm.
Your donation will provide a farmer with 40 chickens, training, and chicken feed to last a month. They’re also trained on household management, hygiene, and accounting.
All of the 40 chickens that each farmer receives will be over the age of 6 months, and fully vaccinated.
Through this project, we’ll be prioritizing the most marginalized families in District Mansehra of Pakistan-administered Kashmir. In particular, we’ll focus on supporting the mother or guardian of sponsored orphans, widows, and female breadwinners.
