A Moment of Joy: Chicken Shawarmas for Families in Gaza

Thanks to your generosity, Human Appeal achieved a heartwarming milestone this week. We distributed 3,360 chicken shawarma sandwiches to displaced families in Deir El Balah and Khan Younis. For families that struggle to find even basic food, this meal was a rare luxury—a reminder that they are not forgotten and an act of kindness motivated by our faith.

Over 4 Million Hot Meals Delivered

Since October 2023, Human Appeal has delivered more than 4 million hot meals in Gaza, a record of any organization throughout this war. Every meal has provided comfort to children, parents, and the elderly who are going through horrible suffering. With every bite, we try to fulfill our obligation of helping those in need. As Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, “He is not a believer whose stomach is filled while the neighbor to his side goes hungry.”
