Myanmar Earthquake Emergency: Families in Urgent Need of Your Help

On March 28, 2025, a powerful earthquake struck Myanmar, taking the lives of more than 1,700 people and devastating entire communities. In the wake of this disaster, Human Appeal immediately launched an emergency response to support those most in need.

A Nation in Crisis

The earthquake left a trail of destruction. Homes reduced to rubble, families displaced, and thousands without access to food, clean water, or safe shelter. Many families are now sleeping out in the open, exposed to the elements and struggling to survive. The need is especially urgent in remote, rural areas that already face limited access to basic services.

Our Emergency Response

Human Appeal, in coordination with trusted local partners, responded within hours of the disaster. So far, we have distributed:

• Food parcels to help families who have lost everything
• Bedding kits to provide warmth and comfort during these difficult days

200 families have already received aid, but thousands more still need urgent support. Our teams are working to reach more affected areas and deliver relief as quickly and safely as possible.
