In Nigeria, poverty and unemployment has isolated thousands of vulnerable children and teenagers. Over 89 million people in Nigeria are living below the poverty line, many of whom do not have a stable income or access to regular food.
As a result, many teenagers spend their days roaming the streets in hope of finding food or money. Many spend their days begging, taking part in casual labor or petty crime just in order to have food to eat and to survive another day.
