Morocco Earthquake Response
In September 2023, a devastating earthquake struck Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, killing 3,000 people and injuring over 5,600. Entire villages were flattened, and with winter now setting in, surviving families face subzero temperatures and harsh conditions. Human Appeal, in partnership with a local Moroccan organization, is providing essential aid to the affected communities, including food, medical supplies, warm clothing, and shelter. Our team is among the few allowed to operate in the region, ensuring your donation reaches those in need.
Human Appeal is committed to providing aid in the country or program that you select. In the event we complete the program, exceed the required funds, or are denied access to a particular country for reasons beyond our control, Human Appeal reserves the right to reallocate your donation to another program where it is needed most.
