149 million children across the globe are stunted because of poor nutrition. 45% of all children’s deaths are related to malnutrition. Almost half of all children who die are killed due to sicknesses related to malnutrition.
Our Orphan and Children's Fund helps some of most vulnerable children, providing them with food, warm clothes and school supplies. Right now, there are 6,432 orphans registered with us, each awaiting a sponsor to care for them.
Why support this fund
If you can’t sponsor an orphan with a monthly donation, this fund allows you to still make the intention to support an orphan. We’ll pool your donation with other donors, allowing you to help an orphan, no matter how much you give.
Your donation will help to provide a child who has lost their father or both parents with a monthly stipend, which their mother or caregiver uses to provide them with food, shelter, school supplies, clothes, and healthcare. To protect childhoods and futures, a child must stay in education to receive the sponsorship.
There are currently 153 million orphaned children, with around 5,700 more children becoming orphans every single day. In any community, orphans are always one of the most vulnerable groups, often facing hunger, disease, exploitation and extreme cycles of poverty that they need help to break out of.
Your sponsorship can help a child to break that cycle, and give them the opportunity that all children deserve – a chance to be healthy, protected, and educated.
