Syria Medical Centres (Mashhad Ruhin & Mariam Centre)

Help save our primary healthcare centers for displaced Syrians

100% Zakat applicable

The Messenger (PBUH) said: “Be merciful to others and you will receive mercy. Forgive others and Allah will forgive you.” (Ahmad)

$100 – Provide five vulnerable Syrians with medical care at one of our two primary healthcare centers.

Millions of Syrian who have fled from violence lack access to healthcare, due to poor locations or limited resources. The effects this could have on millions of Syrians cannot be overstated.

Help us to save lives by supporting us to keep two critical primary healthcare centers open.

Struggling to afford food, displaced families can’t afford medical care

With your help, we want to support Mariam primary healthcare center, and Mashhad Ruhin healthcare center. Two years ago, we raised funds to build these centers, but now we need your help to keep them open and running until the end of 2022.

Together, they serve a community of around 81,000 people. Each month, we’ll perform 2,500 procedures at Mariam center, and 6,050 at Mashhad Ruhin, though we expect those figures to increase each month.

What are primary healthcare centers

Millions of Syrians need medical help, but as they also struggle with food security, clean water, and weather conditions in winter, many can’t afford the cost of healthcare, or the price of the journey getting there.

Out two primary healthcare centers provide critical and basic services in the heart of camps completely free, allowing the most vulnerable people to access pediatric care, obstetric care, internal and general medicine, labs, malnutrition treatment, and medicines without having to travel long, costly, and unsafe distances to hospitals.

They truly save and prolong lives, while helping vulnerable people to live with more comfort and dignity, while reducing the worry and burden of health.

Our work in Syria

Human Appeal has been changing lives through our projects in Syria since 2013. Last year, we helped 349,896 people in Syria, including providing over 219,000 people with healthcare. In 2020, we supported 206,684 people through healthcare, nutrition, winter support, vaccinations, and projects fighting COVID-19.

Your charity could truly save lives in Syria by providing critical healthcare to the most vulnerable people who would otherwise be unable to access medical care easily. Be a mercy to the most vulnerable and reap Allah’s blessings.

Please note, if sufficient funds are not raised for a particular project, your donation may be reallocated to where the need is greatest.
